The table tennis section at Walmley Social Club has two teams of nine players.

THE 'A' TEAM

The 'A' team is in division 3 and is currently lying fith, having played 6 league matches. They have won against Bournville 'B' 7 - 3,and Sutton Coldfield 'E' 7 - 3. They have drawn against 5 - 5 with Colebridge Hawks, and have lost to F. Jacombs 'A' 4 - 6, Maypole 'B' 3 - 7 and Quinbourne 3 - 7.

The individual results have derek Ellis played 18 won 14, lost 4,Chris Hall played 18, won 9 lost 9 and Alan White who has played9, won 5, lost 4.

The team was entred in The Catherine Smith Cup but sadly lost to Sutton Coldfiels 'E' 368 points to 331
